The 2024 Volkswagen ID.4, an all-electric compact SUV, now features a new performance unit for 82 kWh models, delivering increased horsepower and extended range for both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions. With the standard rear-wheel-drive platform, the new VW ID.4 achieves an impressive 282 horsepower, while the available all-wheel-drive platform now boasts around 330 horsepower.
The larger 77.0-kWh battery pack not only increases power but also enhances acceleration and driving range. The rear-wheel-drive variant is estimated to have an EPA-estimated range of up to 291 miles, while the all-wheel-drive variant reaches an estimated 263 miles of all-electric range.

For its latest release, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 introduces a refreshed design. The contemporary interior of the new VW ID.4 prioritizes comfort and convenience for both drivers and passengers, offering generous cargo space. In terms of design, the 2024 VW ID.4 features a revised steering wheel layout and a new shifter position. Standard cloth seats with heated front seats are included, and the Pro S model adds faux-leather upholstery, 12-way power-adjustable front seats, and a memory function.
