would love to say my experience with our new 2025 Volkswagen Atlas has been seamless. However, we have had multiple small issues with this car. First off, the accelerator makes a loud noise while at a certain point. It is especially loud and happens the entire time while at highway speeds. Also, the infotainment screen has been fuzzy and pixilated at times after start up so we have to stop and restart the car to get it back. Also, the recline function on the passengers seat has quit working so we cannot recline the seat at all. Also, the sliding cover on the phone charging compartment between the front seats has also broken and does not work properly. There is also a pretty load rattle in the rear passenger door. We have taken the car in to the dealer once but still continue to have these problems. They did attempt to re-create the noise coming from the accelerator but said they could not. I am in no way faulting the service department at the dealership. They have been extremely helpful every time. We love the car but are definitely disappointed in the multiple small issues we have encountered. It is frustrating paying 56k for a new car and dealing with some of these issues we have are continuing to deal with. I am not sure what our options are at this point but I wanted your team to be aware. Thank you and hopefully these problems get worked out and we can enjoy the Atlas for years to come.

Sales experience was low key and friendly/relaxed. Closing and finance much the same. The sales associate was wonderful; the only negative comment I can make is that not enough time was spent in showcasing the particular features, or reviewing how the electronics were accessed and used.

Lack of communication. I didnt have my car from November- March and I received about 2 calls about the car in that time.
