    Took my Taos in last Saturday to have my oil changed. Next day, warning lights indicated that excess oil needed removed. Borrowed a car to get to work on Monday. Tuesday morning had to take off work to bring my car back to be fixed. Luckily, Service Advisor Rick Rutter apologized for what had happened, acknowledged that the service technician messed up when servicing my vehicle, and gave me his contact information should I need anything else. The other staff could learn from Mr. Rutter regarding professionalism and customer service.
