I had on my calendar that my appointment for oil/filter change and tire rotation was at 11:30 on Saturday. I got to location at 11:15. Staff informed me their schedule time was 11:00 and the service department tries to close at 12:00. I'm choosing 4. June 24th's service was fine but- the point inspection found rear brakes are wearing. Since VW knows there is a problem with them I thought this would be an easy fix. My two year warranty was up on June 20th. I believe it should be covered. I have called 4 times to talk to the service manager, Rick. He has not returned my call. Marquise did call me and said the VW Regional Mgr. will need to review this. I have had no one call to tell me when that may happen.

I chipped windshield 3 days before my appointment for an oil change, tried to get the dealership to replace while they had it, they informed me that they don't replace windshields. Not the end of the world but when they did my oil change, they stated my windshield was in perfect condition, due to it having a deep chip and a long crack, approximately 7 inches. I dont trust that anything they checked was proper.
