I chipped windshield 3 days before my appointment for an oil change, tried to get the dealership to replace while they had it, they informed me that they don't replace windshields. Not the end of the world but when they did my oil change, they stated my windshield was in perfect condition, due to it having a deep chip and a long crack, approximately 7 inches. I dont trust that anything they checked was proper.

The whole crew at Green VW was absolutely awesome. Each person I came in contact with was as super friendly. Special kudos go out to Rick Rutter for being so professional, friendly and a perfect example of how a person in customer service should treat people. I got right in, there were willing to shuttle me wherever I need to go; though I did not need the service, it was nice to know that it was offered.

Called for an appt mid week, was offered a Saturday morning time. Was told by woman on phone that waiting area was under construction however I could use the available shuttle service. When I arrived Saturday morning at 8am, I was informed that shuttle was not available on Saturday but there was someone driving it around the lot. I then had to try and make arrangements for a ride, and ended up sitting in the parking lot until I could get ahold of someone to come get me. Also, the service tech smelled horribly of alcohol, as if they had been out drinking all night the night before.
