    I had on my calendar that my appointment for oil/filter change and tire rotation was at 11:30 on Saturday. I got to location at 11:15. Staff informed me their schedule time was 11:00 and the service department tries to close at 12:00. Needless to say I was alarmed However, I am thankful that the staff did a wonderful job to provide me the services scheduled I applaud the

    I'm choosing 4. June 24th's service was fine but- the point inspection found rear brakes are wearing. Since VW knows there is a problem with them I thought this would be an easy fix. My two year warranty was up on June 20th. I believe it should be covered. I have called 4 times to talk to the service manager, Rick. He has not returned my call. Marquise did call me and said the VW Regional Mgr. will need to review this. I have had no one call to tell me when that may happen.
