We described the problem over the phone when we made the appointment. It's a two hour drive (one way) for us to have the work done. We spent 2.5 hours waiting while they verified what part we needed, but didn't have. So we had to make another trip and spend 3 hours waiting to have the part installed. The car works great, now.
