Even with the construction going on, I had the best experience. The same guy has greeted me at both of my appointments and he is super friendly and helpful. The guy that checked me in/out was just as friendly and helpful. They seem to really like their jobs and serving customers. You are very fortunate to have them representing you!

The men that handled my entire experience were incredibly helpful, fun, and generally easy to work with. They made sure to call me to ask permission to do my air filters instead of charging me $150 with no notice which had happened in the past. 10/10 with the service department this time! Definitely rough going with the service department being under such heavy construction but they made the most of it and I was fortunate enough to be able to wait across the road at a restaurant

I’ve been waiting 9 months for a repair due to service technicians failing to order the part. Every call I’ve had with the service department has promised repairs that are never provided or performed.
