Volkswagen Care Basic applies to the 10,000-mile and 20,000-mile scheduled maintenance visits. These early services often include essential maintenance such as oil and filter changes, multi-point inspections, and other items listed in the vehicle USA Warranty and Maintenance booklet.

Volkswagen Care Extra is built around the 30,000-mile manufacturer-recommended service interval. This visit may include additional inspection points and maintenance checks beyond the earlier service appointments.

Volkswagen Care Plus Package 1 covers the 40,000-mile and 50,000-mile maintenance intervals, while Volkswagen Care Plus Package 2 applies to the 60,000-mile and 70,000-mile intervals. Additional package options may be available for drivers who plan to keep their Volkswagen longer or drive more miles over time.

This roadside coverage can help with towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire assistance, and fuel delivery. Roadside Assistance is included separately from Volkswagen Care and comes with every new Volkswagen at no extra cost.
